Congratulations to Professor Dave Beebe who has been reappointed as a John D. MacArthur Chair by the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. This professorship is considered one of the most prestigious research chairs on campus and recognizes highly distinguished research scholars. Dr. Beebe is recognized nationally and internationally for his research on micro scale science/technology, infectious disease and cancer biology.
