Congratulations to Dr. Sarah Hackenmueller, this year’s winner of the Golden Microscope Teaching Award for Resident Education! Residents in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine vote each year to honor one Pathology faculty for outstanding contributions to their education. The winner was announced at the annual Resident and Fellow Recognition Dinner held at the Pyle Center on June 1, 2019, and the award was presented to Dr. Hackenmueller by residents Dan Forsythe, Jessica Gulliver, Michelle Stoffel, Leah Schuppener, Byron Barksdale and Alain Cagaanan (L-R in photo).
