First year Pathology Resident, Dr. Kelly Olson, has won a competitive travel award to attend the 51st Annual Meeting of the Association of Pathology Chairs in San Diego CA in July. The Association of Pathology Chairs (APC) is a non-profit society which serves as the voice of academic departments of Pathology in the U.S. and Canada. Each year, Pathology faculty, administrators and educators meet to network and exchange ideas with other academic Pathology leaders. Programs focus on current and cutting edge topics in practice management, medical education and research. The Society of ’67 (So67), named after the founding year of the APC, supports academic pathology and programs related to the Association’s mission and vision.
