Congratulations to Tyler Ulland, PhD, who has been awarded the Vilas Faculty Early-Career Investigator Award by the Office of the Provost. This prestigious award recognizes research and teaching excellence in faculty who are in relatively early stages of their careers. The award provides flexible research funds to be used for Dr. Ulland’s ongoing research on microglial responses in Alzheimer’s Disease and for publication, project assistantships, and other expenses related to his scholarly activity.
