The TRIPath Lab and several UW Biotech Center Services have partnered up to offer the 10x Visium Spatial Gene Expression Service.
Now investigators will be able to simultaneously visualize cells and their location in a tissue sample, measure and map gene activity throughout the whole tissue! By utilizing IHC-IF and H&E staining combined with next-generation sequencing investigators are able to examine cell morphology, gene expression panels, whole transcriptome analysis, map gene activity, examine mRNA and spatial relationships between cells.
