Congratulations to Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Residents Alain Cagaanan, Damo Narayanan, and Dan Forsythe – recipients of 2019 College of American Pathologists (CAP) Foundation Leadership Development Awards! This award introduces pathology residents to leadership opportunities and enhances their education and experience by exposing them to issues challenging the practice of pathology. Each awardee will receive a stipend to cover travel expenses to attend the CAP Residents Forum or CAP Policy Meeting. The CAP Foundation will recognize this year’s winners at the CAP Annual Meeting, CAP19 – The Pathologists’ Meeting, being held September 21-25, 2019 in Orlando, FL. What a great showing for our Department!
