Welcome to Joseph Connor, MD, who joins the Department as an Assistant Professor
CHS and as Medical Director of The American Center (TAC). Dr. Connor received his MD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. In 2011, he entered the pathology residency program at UW-Madison and, upon completion, stayed on as a transfusion medicine fellow. Dr. Connor now joins the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine as a member of the transfusion medicine service. Prior to his pathology residency, Dr. Connor began a career in gynecologic oncology at the University of Illinois and first came to UW-Madison in 2001 as an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In his new position, Dr. Connor looks forward to continuing his consultative/collaborative relationships with clinical colleagues across the entire organization.
